Kai Cenat has released the trailer for his much-anticipated Mafiathon 2 marathon stream, and fans have been going gaga over how the popular Twitch streamer got Kim Kardashian to appear in it. The roughly two-and-a-half-minute video received over a million impressions within an hour of being posted on social media websites like X.
Rumors that Mafiathon 2 would start in November began circulating on social media after a supposed advertisement went viral. With the trailer featuring Kim Kardashian, Kai Cenat has confirmed that the month-long 24/7 subathon will be returning starting next month at 6 pm on November 1, 2024.
Kim Kardashian features as Kai Cenat's therapist in Mafiathon 2 trailer
Kai Cenat has cemented himself as one of the most popular streamers on Twitch over the last couple of years and has a reputation for releasing high-production trailers for events. Last month when he revealed his intentions to go pro as a basketball player, the streamer released a trailer for the moment as well.
Cenat also releases trailers for video game streams such as the popular Elden Ring marathons, but he has seemingly gone up a notch with his Mafiathon 2 trailer with popular celebrity Kim Kardashian featuring as his therapist in the video.
In the extended version of the trailer uploaded on YouTube, Cenat can be seen going to Kim Kardashian's office where he calls her Dr Kim. After discussing some of his past achievements and streaming events such as collaborations with John Cena, the Twitch streamer explains what he did for his first Mafiathon stream back in February 2023 to Kim Kardashian:
"I stream for 30 days straight, 24 hours every single day! What's the Mafiathon? They (his audience) see me eat, sleep, and shower on cam the whole entire time. Literally got K9 unit in my bedroom, you should have seen the whole thing, it was crazy. And guess what, that wasn't even the best part. I had a ferris wheel in my goddamn driveway!"
After this rant, Kim Kardashian notes that the first Mafiathon made Kai Cenat the number 2 most subscribed streamer on Twitch, which he contests. After a heated exchange, the Twitch star gets a call about how his record had been broken and Kai Cenat storms out, insinuating the start of Mafiathon 2.
For those who don't know, Ironmouse broke Cenat's record for subscribers on the platform earlier this year and it appears the upcoming subathon will be the AMP member's attempt to regain the title.
