Kai Cenat's friend Ray "rayasianboy" revealed in a recent livestream that his Visa to live in the United States was expiring soon and he would have to fly back to his home country of Taiwan. Recently, Ray had been living in Kai Cenat's newly purchased personal home, as the latter himself would be present at his shared house with the other Any Means Possible (AMP) members.
During his stream from August 14, 2024, Ray revealed a hilarious and nefarious scheme that he had up his sleeve to make Kai Cenat or Roberto "Fanum" pay for his flight. He proposed a "crash out" during a broadcast to secure the free plane ticket:
"I need to stream myself back to Taiwan right now. My f**king Visa literally expired, bro. I need to stream myself, bro. I'ma do some crash out scenes, and then like Kai, Fanum, then help me buy a plane ticket."
Ray to go back to Taiwan soon as his United States Visa expires
Ray and Kai Cenat are known for their close friendship, which began when they accidentally ran into each other in Japan. The two have since grown close both off-camera and through collaborative streams. Ray had earlier also revealed that he would have to return to Taiwan to undertake mandatory military service for one year.
Explaining his latest plan to the audience, Ray said:
"I'ma do some crash out scenes, and then like Kai, Fanum, then help me buy a plane ticket. So, I don't need to pay (for the) plane ticket, I just f**king do some crazy sh** and then will ship myself back to Taiwan."
The streamer then sought viewers' validation before picking up a chair and pretending to throw it:
"Is that smart? Is that W idea? Should I do it today?... Then I don't need to buy a f**king plane ticket."
Ray was inadvertently slapped across the face by Kai Cenat in a recent stream. While the two were pretending to punch each other after an argument, Cenat managed to misplace one punch and smack Ray on his face. This was followed by the former profusely apologizing.
