However, the intense schedule seemingly took a toll on the streamer, raising concerns about potential health-related issues.

To motivate her significant other during the marathon, Alayah gifted Cenat a collage of 30 pictures to help him remain positive. In a live stream on January 14, 2025, the streamer touched upon this:

"She had wrote me, these 30 pictures. On the back of each of them, it'll say like 'Day 4', and it will say like 30 things, like motivational things during the Mafiathon."

Cenat also showcased a bit of her "Day 4" message to him. Part of the message read:

"I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love and care you give me, it's all I could have [ever asked] for..."

The photos were seemingly of the time the two spent together. Kai Cenat also spoke about how his fanbase is generally unaware of their relationship:
