Twitch star Kai Cenat seems to have made significant progress since the start of his Mafiathon 2 subathon in terms of his body transformation goals. For those unaware, Kai Cenat has been training regularly with his trainer during his 30-day-long subathon spanning the entirety of November 2024.

The streamer, who has been broadcasting himself live on a 24-hour basis, could be seen training on camera during the subathon. His trainer, Kory Phillips, who goes by the name “iamthekingoffitness” on Instagram, recently posted on the platform showing Cenat's body at the beginning and end of the subathon.

Kai Cenat has been making major strides with his wildly successful subathon. He was previously surpassed by VTuber and fellow streamer Ironmouse, who established a record of 326,252 subscribers in October 2023. Then, after Mafiathon 2 ended on November 30, 2024, Kai Cenat went past Ironmouse to attain a record 728,535 subscribers.

Cenat's physique has seen an improvement in his shoulders, biceps, and chest size. This is not the first time he has ventured into the realm of fitness, having previously undergone a "Glow Arc" in July 2024. This involved him making multiple videos of himself going through his post-workout routine at the time.

Meanwhile, Adin Ross' body transformation caught the attention of fitness influencer Joey Swoll, who labeled it "very good and believable." This remark came in the light of various negative reactions made online by netizens who downplayed his progress.

While others questioned the authenticity of Ross' claim of having trained for a year, Joey Swoll believed that his change in physique was potentially the "right way" if it was done in a "sustainable" manner.
