Twitch streamer Kai Cenat recently shared his post-workout practices with his fans, which involved supplements he uses to enhance recovery after exercising. According to the creator, the "Glow Arc" is a "complete transformation of my whole life, mentally, physically, athletically." During its fifth day, Kai was making a protein shake while talking about his progress on stream. He stated:
"Here on Day 5 of the godda** Glow Arc.... I did two workouts, last night and five in the morning."
While making the protein shake, the New York City native accidentally put the powder before pouring some water first, which is what the creator prefers to do. Acknowledging his mistake, he exclaimed:
"I f**ked up! Oh, f**k!"

Twitch star Kai Cenat eventually made his protein shake after putting water into the powder and giving the bottle a thorough tumble. While doing so, the streamer shared that he was proud of himself for completing two workouts within the span of a day, stating:
"Two workouts in, and under twenty-four hours, I'm proud of me. I think it's good! Looks about ready! I'm going to chug this, and then I'm going on to the next one."
Right after, the creator pulled out his Branched-Chain Amino Acids supplement powder, which is often used to aid in muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness. BCAA is responsible for promoting muscle synthesis, making this powder an important supplement for many.
He also used Creatine, a supplement that is utilized to help increase athletic performance, muscle mass, and strength. After adding one scoop of each, the Twitch creator shook the bottle and reviewed its taste.
He stated:
"I don't think I did this right, bro. This don't even taste like its- is this supposed to taste like f**king Sour Patch Kids?"
Kai Cenat recently came under fire from netizens after his comments regarding the recent Ava Kris Tyson controversy went viral on Reddit. The streamer could be heard misgendering Ava, which upset many users online, who also brought up their own grievances with the creator's past.
