Twitch stream and FaZe member Lacy recently instigated a feud with fellow clan member, Kaysan, who, in addition to streaming, is a professional DJ. Kaysan made his mark with his debut single "Made A Way," featuring Lil Durk and Future, coinciding with his announcement as FaZe Clan's first musician. As a DJ, Kaysan owns some valuable equipment, equipment that Lacy destroyed.
Lacy in a ruthless stunt, decided to pick up Kaysan's turntable and chuck into the FaZe house pool, live on stream.
In the video, while on a FaceTime call with his fellow FaZe member Jerry "Silky", Lacy carries the turntable and throws it into the pool, screaming "Fu*k Kaysan!"
Kaysan then confronted Lacy, informing him that the piece of equipment he destroyed was $7,000.
"How much was the equipment? ('The total you destroyed was like [seven thousand] or something', replied Kaysan)"
Before this, Lacy threw out another one of Kaysan's turntables, warning him not to 'f*ck with' his friends. This reference is to when Kaysan destroyed FaZe member Plaqueboymax's PC, which sparked a civil war of sorts within the clan.
A brief rundown of the FaZe "Civil War"
The internal conflict began when PlaqueboyMax, along with Silky and YourRAGE, trashed Kaysan's room at the FaZe content house in Los Angeles. Upset by this, he threatened to sell the Miami content house where these streamers were staying.
The situation escalated when Kaysan took revenge by destroying PlaqueboyMax's streaming PC during a live stream, throwing it into a pool despite pleas from other members, including Lacy, to stop.
FaZe Banks, the CEO of the Clan, did not have the best response to Kaysan's actions. He expressed his frustration on social media, emphasizing that the PCs were purchased by FaZe for work purposes and condemning Kaysan's behavior as harmful to the organization. Despite Kaysan's defense that his PCs were damaged first, Banks threatened to remove him from FaZe Clan, signaling that such actions would not be tolerated.
As the situation unfolds, fans expect more chaos within the Los Angeles FaZe house. Kaysan will hold a 'Negotiation' stream to hopefully cool down matters.
