Drama Alert creator and YouTuber Daniel "Keemstar" has taken to his official X.com account to throw some shade at "Jake The Viking," a former MrBeast employee. For context, the duo have been beefing recently on the social media platform. Earlier today (August 17), Jake made a post targeted at Keemstar, writing:
"Daniel Keem robs the cradle."
Later, Keemstar clapped back at Jake The Viking by posting a screenshot of an alleged conversation between Jake and an unnamed TikTok creator, who had reportedly just turned 18. In the caption, Keemstar wrote:
"Jake The Viking convo with a TikTok girl who literally just turned 18. More to come btw."
While an 18-year-old is at the age of consent, Keemstar appears to believe that it is odd for Jake The Viking (who is 32 years old) to send 'flirtatious' texts to a girl that young. The Drama Alert creator even expressed this sentiment in a post, saying:
"I’m sorry, how old do you think Jake is?"
What is the controversy involving Jake The Viking?
It's important to mention that Jake The Viking has faced a lot of backlash following the revelation that an individual named "Delaware," who is allegedly a sex offender, had been working with him on the MrBeast team.
Initial reports suggested that Delaware was related to Jake The Viking, and Jake confirmed this by revealing that the alleged offender is indeed his brother-in-law. In an X post on August 8, 2024, he wrote:
"Yes, Delaware is my Brother-In-Law. Yes, he is an RSO. When he was 21, a 16-year-old girl accused him and others of SA when she was 11. Delaware took a Plea Deal. That's why there was no jail time, but he still had to register."
There were also rumors of Delaware being named after the fact that he couldn't return to the state with the same name. This was dismissed by Jake:
"His nickname isn't Delaware because he can't go back to Delaware, he's from Delaware. That was the dumbest thing I've ever heard. He's been back several times."
Jake The Viking has been quite vocal about the allegations against MrBeast. For instance, in a post earlier in July, he claimed that Jimmy (MrBeast) was aware of the controversial situation involving Ava Kris Tyson.
