Keemstar reveals engagement with girlfriend Brantley in social media post

Internet personality and DramaAlert owner Daniel "Keemstar" has announced his engagement with Miss Brantley, who also goes by The HappyPunch Ring Girl, per her X account bio. The two have been together for years, and Keemstar has shared a video of the moment he popped the question to Miss Brantley on his social media accounts.

On July 5, 2024, Keemstar posted a video of an emotional Miss Brantley crying as she said yes to his proposal. He also shared a picture of her flaunting the engagement ring with the caption:

"SHE SAID YES!"

Miss Brantley was very emotional in the short clip. After hugging friends present during the proposal, she can be heard saying:

"Oh my god! I am going to die."

Keemstar started making YouTube videos back in 2009 by playing and streaming video games with commentary. He would then go on to start the channel DramaAlert a few years later, styling it as a news show where he would cover popular culture and internet controversies in plain news/podcast format. He garnered a wide viewership with over five million subscribers.

In 2021, Keemstar announced that he would retire from making content on YouTube but went back on his plan despite hiring replacements.

The last video on the channel was uploaded in May 2023 and was a promotion for a fight between WingsOfRedemption and controversial YouTuber Boogie2988 for The HappyPunch, an influencer boxing promotion company founded by the streamer back in 2021.

Since Keemstar has over 2.6 million followers on X, where he primarily shares his thoughts and news stories about internet culture, congratulations from different fronts poured in after he announced his engagement to Miss Brantley.

Before getting together with Miss Brantley, Keemstar was in a relationship with Christine Youngman. He announced their breakup via a social media post in 2021.
