Controversial internet personality and Kick streamer Aaron "Ac7ionMan" has revealed the reason for his most recent Twitch ban. For those unaware, on September 22, 2024, @StreamerBans, an automated account on X, informed the online community that Ac7ionMan's official Twitch channel had been banned for the fifth time.
Later that day, the content creator took to X to claim that his account on the Amazon-owned platform was suspended for "having fun." While throwing shade at Twitch's new system that provides information about bans, the 35-year-old tweeted:
"Great new system. No clip, no anything. Got banned for having fun, my Kick VOD (Video on Demand) is up, go check it out (and) tell me if I deserved it."
Ac7ionMan also shared a screenshot of an email Twitch sent him, revealing that he had received a temporary "global suspension" following a review of his content:
"Twitch is committed to keeping our community safe for everyone, and as a part of that, we require all users to ensure that anything shared on their account abides by Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Based on a review of your activity or content, we have issued a global suspension on your account. As a result, your access to Twitch service is temporarily restricted. Incurring multiple violations may result in a permanent ban."
Twitch then revealed the reason for his fifth ban, stating that Ac7ionMan had engaged in "unacceptable behavior at a Twitch event," which would be lifted after seven days:
"Reason: Events Code of Conduct violation. Engaging in unacceptable behavior at a Twitch event. Examples of violative conduct include, but are not limited to - failure to abide by any rules or regulations of event and/or event stuff; violence, threats of violence, or violent language; intimidation, threats, stalking, following, or creating any apprehension in other attendees; disturbing the peace, or other sustained disruption of talks, presentations, or events."
Ac7ionMan was banned for the fourth time on Twitch after having Ice Poseidon on livestream
Ac7ionMan received his fourth Twitch suspension on August 7, 2024, while simultaneously livestreaming on Kick with Paul "Ice Poseidon" as a guest. He eventually addressed the ban, admitting that "he knew what he was doing" and accepting accountability "on the chin like a man."
He also pleaded with the livestreaming platform to unban Ice Poseidon, claiming that the Florida native's community is "no longer the same as it used to be."
