Kick streamer Adin Ross could face legal trouble after his boxing event was interrupted by the arrival of police. For those unaware, the Kick streamer is currently in Toronto, Canada, and hosted a seemingly unregulated boxing match involving some other creators. Hosting combat sports events can be tricky since it often requires proper sanctioning from governing bodies.

Adin's boxing event was held in a backyard with no ring or certified referee overseeing the match. While there were no reported injuries, one of the participants was knocked out during their bout. Watch the clip here:

However, such combat sports events, particularly those that are unsanctioned, are often frowned upon by the authorities due to the potential health hazards involved with them. Adin's event had to be cut short after the police arrived at the scene.

Not the first time Adin Ross has faced trouble with hosting boxing events

Kick streamer Adin Ross' Brand Risk Promotions event was abruptly halted in March 2024. For those unfamiliar, Adin had a public dispute with Misfits Boxing, which is operated by fellow content creator and boxer JJ "KSI."

Adin, who had previously hosted a few boxing events at his warehouse in Miami, was notified that he could no longer continue organizing them since they were essentially unsanctioned. This meant that the Boxing Association of Florida had not recognized them. He explained:

"(They) basically said, 'Hey, this is not a legit thing, shut them down. Listen, they gave you a warning, they said if you basically have a fight on March 16, it's criminal.' I will be shut down completely and that's like, real-time, you know? It's just not sanctioned and that's just how it is."

He also mentioned that he would work on getting these events sanctioned. However, since March, Adin Ross hasn't hosted any boxing events until today (September 22, 2024) in Toronto.

This isn't the first time Adin Ross has found himself facing legal trouble. During his collaboration with Donald Trump in August 2024, he gifted Trump a Rolex and a custom-wrapped Tesla. However, due to Federal Election laws, he had to take back the gifts since they exceeded the allowed limit for donations.
