During a broadcast on January 22, 2025, Kick streamer jstlk suggested that Steven "Destiny" should be placed on the Florida sex offender registry in light of the allegations of revenge p*rn against him. For context, Twitch streamer Pxie, along with others, recently claimed that Destiny shared explicit and intimate content of them without consent.
On January 20, 2025, Pxie shared a long post on X, linking to a blog on her Substack. In this blog, she accused Destiny of sending "pornographic material" featuring her to others without her consent.
Pxie also announced plans to pursue legal action against the political content creator. Since then, another individual, Chaeiry, has come forward with similar accusations.
In a clip from the January 22, 2025, livestream, which has gone viral on r/LivestreamFail, jstlk and VeganGains discussed the legal implications of the situation. VeganGains remarked:
"It's something that has to be beared[sic] out in court, and I am sure there is going to be subpoenas for people's phones and look at all the information. But it's just good to have charitability on both sides and see what each person might have been doing, rather than just completely condemning them. But, so far with what I have seen, Destiny has been a complete d**khead."
jstlk replied:
"Yeah, well I mean. I think he should be on the sex offender registry. A 100%. Once he is on the sex offender's registry in Florida, I am like, good."
VeganGains seemingly agreed:
"Yeah, that would cover— So, the leaking of p*rn, that is something that would put somebody on the sex offender registry."
What did streamer Chaeiry accuse Destiny of? Allegations explored
The controversy surrounding Destiny has sparked widespread discussion within the streaming community, with major figures like xQc weighing in on the matter.
After Pxie's Substack post, streamer Chaeiry also shared her own experiences on X, claiming that Destiny took an "intimate audio recording" of her without her consent and then distributed it without her knowledge.
She wrote:
"Today, I was made aware of an intimate audio recording taken of me without my consent, that was also shared without my consent. I’m upset right now and am going to give myself time to process."
In the same thread, Chaeiry said she only became aware of the recording after someone who had received the material recognized her voice. That same day, she announced her intention to file a police report and press charges.
In a related development, Pxie recently posted screenshots of Destiny's conversation with a friend, alleging that the streamer had "100% leaked" explicit images to a third party.
