Kick streamer Yousef "Fousey" has had another run-in with the authorities during his latest stream (September 28, 2024). Currently in Toronto, the streamer's IRL stream at the mall went southward pretty quickly after he was kicked out and banned for three months. This transpired around the 36-minute mark in his stream.
One of the guards initially approached the streamer, asking him not to record. During this conversation, Fousey crossed over a couch to talk to the guard. Later, a group of security personnel, including a couple of police officers, approached him. One of them cited CCTV footage depicting him "jumping over couches" as a point of contention.

Fousey is no stranger to encounters with law enforcement. Amidst the latest incident, when security guards at a Toronto mall approached him, the streamer stated:
"Show me the security footage of where I caused a disturbance or show me one complaint from a person. I'm not leaving here when I didn't do jacksh*t. I came here to shop. That's my security right there. Youacan respectfully talk to him."
One of the guards responded by stating that they had orders to make him leave the premises:
"They just want you to leave the mall...They saw you in the cameras, they saw you through dispatch."
When pressed to reveal the reason behind his expulsion, the guard said:
"They saw you jumping over couches (Fousey responds, 'And that's enough to kick me out of the mall?') I'm just doing my job."
As the streamer was leaving, he received additional punitive action. The guards told him that he would not be allowed to visit the mall for three months:
"They told me a three months trespass."
The Kick streamer lashed out, stating that he would never step back in the mall again:
"B*tch, I won't come back here another day in my goddamn life ever again."
As mentioned earlier, this isn't the first time Kick streamer Fousey has had an altercation with the police. In August 2023, the streamer essentially self-swatted by falsely reporting that he had a firearm with him. This led the police to his hotel room, where he lashed out, leading to his arrest.
