Kick streamer Louis "LosPollosTV" first gained attention for playing NBA 2K on his Twitch channel. After switching to Kick, he began focusing on gambling, becoming a prominent figure in the platform's 'Slots and Casino' section, with over 146,000 followers, as of writing. Stake, an online casino, owns most of Kick, and Louis has been gambling on the website since 2021.

On August 25, he took to X to criticize Twitch streamer Matthew "Mizkif" for promoting DraftKings, an American sports betting company that offers daily fantasy sports contests, sports betting, and an online casino. Mizkif has been vocal about his thoughts on gambling, even asking Twitch to ban gambling streams back in 2022.

LosPollos reviewed the situation and spoke about Mizkif and all the Twitch streamers, including Pokimane and HasanAbi, who previously shunned gambling on the platform:

"I don't know how anyone could watch any of them, they're all hypocrites."

LosPollos elaborated on why he thought Mizkif was a hypocrite:

"You get together with a bunch of top streamers to make Twitch lose money unless they ban gambling, and now you're promoting gambling."

He also spoke on how people change their opinions when offered sponsorship money:

"People start acting real different when there's a lot of numbers involved."

LosPollos has gained significant attention for winning large sums, including a $3 million claim while playing Plinko on Stake. However, this success has also sparked controversy, with accusations that he might be faking his wins.

"It's so f**king boring" - Exploring Mizkif's thoughts on gambling

Back in 2022, Mizkif turned down a $10 million offer to promote a gambling website on his Twitch channel, which has over 2.1 million followers.

On YouTube, he posted a video titled The Sad Truth About Streamers Gambling..., and shared his thoughts on gambling and streamers taking up sponsorships from online casinos:

"I just don't know how people do it all day, it's so f**king boring to me, they do casino slots all day, I just don't get it... Money-wise, I understand, I really think it's so f**king boring."

The streamer also stated that people have a price, and if the offer is good enough, it does make sense for streamers to take up gambling sponsorships.

Speaking of sponsorships, Matthew felt that people wouldn't care as much if streamers just gambled, and avoided promoting a website or casino. Essentially, to him, sponsorship is what creates most of the controversy.

In the video, he addressed comments from people saying he constantly changed his stance on gambling:

"I love how people constantly say I'm changing my opinion on anything I've ever said, I haven't... I've said the same f**king sh*t, since the beginning - [Slots and Casino] is really f**king addicting, it's like heroin for gambling addicts. It pays a sh*t ton of money, it's hard to turn down."

Fast forward to 2024, and fans are wondering if the streamer has changed his opinion on online casinos after accepting DraftKings' sponsorship.

In other news, Mizkif disclosed that he lost $290,000 due to the disappointing sales of his video game.
