Popular Columbian creator Luis "Westcol" recently did an IRL broadcast from Spain. During it, he interacted with a lot of fans and did things like visiting a store that sells official Real Madrid merchandise and going to Madrid's Pestana CR7 Gran Vía hotel for food and drinks, all while talking to his viewers.
Right before the creator entered the hotel, the camera panned over to the establishment's entryway, showcasing a massive crowd that had gathered outside. The fans could be seen holding their phones up, trying to catch a glimpse of the streamer.
Westcol garners massive crowd during IRL live stream in Spain
Westcol is undoubtedly one of the biggest Spanish creators on Kick, having more than 800,000 followers on the platform. On a monthly basis, the creator attains over 5 million hours watched on his content, which mostly consists of IRL streams and Just Chatting streams. He also does the occasional Slots & Casino broadcast.
During his visit to Spain, he met many fans while walking down the streets, who recognized the creator and wanted to take photos with him. Soon enough, the streamer entered a store selling Real Madrid merchandise and looked around for items to purchase. During this time, a crowd had started forming outside the store.
After walking around for a bit, Westcol left and went to a nearby hotel to eat. Right before he entered, he turned around to face the hundreds of fans who had gotten to know about his presence within the area's market complex in Madrid and had come to see the creator personally.
Even while inside, Westcol was met by fans who wanted to take photos with him. Subsequently, he could be seen posing alongside them.
From another angle, taken from a fan's perspective within a crowd, the magnitude of the gathering outside the hotel can be seen much more clearly. On the other hand, authorities could also be seen guarding the gates of the establishment to prevent any mis-happenings involving the crowd of fans.
Fellow Spanish creator Ibai recently made history by getting the most concurrent views in Twitch history for the second time in a row. The creator's La Velada del Ano 4 boxing event broke records with 3.8 million concurrent viewers.
