CrisTravels, a Kick streamer known for sharing his global adventures with his audience, allegedly found himself in trouble while in Colombia during his 5-day travel subathon. Initially, Cris, along with his streaming partner CaptainGee, spotted two Colombian sex workers and inquired about their services. They were told that the latter charged 300,000 Colombian Pesos or about $68 for their time.
The two streamers agreed to the deal and invited the sex workers back to their Airbnb. While live on stream at the venue, the girls were seen pouring alcohol into the streamers' mouths and dancing provocatively.
Soon after, CaptainGee, sensing something's off, claimed he had been drugged:
"I think they drugged me, I'm drugged."
As things started to go awry, CaptainGee requested that CrisTravels take care of him as he felt like he might do "stupid things" while under the influence.
"I'll be honest, look after me... maybe I'm gonna do stupid things."
The chatbox later noticed some instances of foul play from the sex workers, who were seen unplugging and covering a streaming camera. With 17-and-a-half hours remaining on the subathon counter, CaptainGee walked up to the camera and made a disturbing statement:
"Chat I'm drunk and they drugged me."
Later, viewers reached out to the Airbnb's host to verify the streamers' well-being considering their broadcast cut out abruptly. In response, the host stated that the two were fine, and some equipment had been stolen:
"We were already able to enter, they are in good health. They stole their electronic equipment."
Colombian law enforcement allegedly working on helping CrisTravels and CaptainGee
X user @slattburgers, who actively covered the incident on his page, received information from the Airbnb host claiming that CrisTravels and CaptainGee were alright, but "confused":
"We're already with the police and your friends. They are in good health which is the important thing. They are awake, a little confused, but they are fine."
Also, according to the host, the Colombian police are now on the look-out for the sex workers:
"We are already with the police to catch the prostitutes, we are going to put their faces in every possible place."
Since the incident, CrisTravels shared (on his X account) edits and stream clips of the events that transpired. As of this writing, there have been no updates on CaptainGee's situation.
