Kick streamer Adin Ross met up with YouTuber and fellow streamer Darren "IShowSpeed" at the Fanatics Fest in New York City. To those unaware, both Ross and Speed were listed as special guests of the fest and had been scheduled to appear together for the concluding show on the first day of the three-day-long affair.
Adin had been broadcasting alongside fellow Stacey Step Bros (SSB) member Cameron "Cuffem". The two eventually met up with Kick creator Louis "Lospollostv" before running into Speed. The three then collectively greeted IShowSpeed by dapping him up.
Netizens hailed the meeting of the four creators as a union of "legendary" proportions, while some believed the meet-up had the potential to "break the internet".
@scubaryan_ remarked on the four creators being together under one roof:
"Legendary link"
"This the link we needed," wrote @h8erclip
"About to break the internet," wrote @BlackxBTC
@Big_5ve commented on Speed's outfit for the fest, wearing a jersey with a picture of Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo:
"The way Speed dress kills me man"
Why was IShowSpeed banned from streaming on YouTube?
YouTube star Darren "IShowSpeed' had received a community strike after a daring stunt that he carried out live during a broadcast. The stunt involved him jumping over two sports cars back-to-back, with them being driven towards him at high speeds. The stunt posed a risk of injury, and seeing this, YouTube moderation handed him a strike for "dangerous activities".
The ban was supposed to last for two weeks, effectively restricting him from broadcasting himself on his preferred platform, YouTube. However, many fans started to speculate if he would now prefer to stream from Twitch for some time.
Luckily for Speed, his ban was seemingly lifted on August 9, just three days after the strike was made. He made the announcement in a post on X, where he thanked YouTube.
