Twitch and Kick streamer Félix "xQc" went off against netizens on X after accusations arose against Kanye West of "openly" abusing Bianca Censori. These allegations were made in light of a photograph of the two together, in which Censori is wearing a highly translucent plastic covering.
Owing to the revealing nature of the dress, some users, such as @arghavan_salles on X, argued that the Australian model was a victim of mistreatment at the hands of Ye. Further, they stated that those in the hip-hop icon's circle were also complicit in the act:
"This woman is openly being abused, and everyone in his circle is complicit."
However, xQc came to the defense of Ye on X and called the users making the allegations "zero accountability drones." xQc's post has gained more than half a million views since it was uploaded on X. Within it, he wrote:
"Zero accountability drones projecting their stupidity on everyone else. Log off."
xQc calls out netizens for raising allegations of abuse against Kanye West
Félix "xQc" is known to be a fan of Kanye West, having come to his defense more than just this once. Previously, the streamer had put music critic and theneedledrop host Anthony Fantano on blast after he called Ye's latest album, Vultures 1, "complete unreviewable trash," as part of a YouTube video titled unreviewable 1.
In his response, xQc called his opinion of the album a "bad take," and referred to Fantano as "bald" multiple times. Now, addressing the current controversy involving Ye's wife, Bianca Censori, xQc claimed that Censori had been dressing based on her own volition.
However, he alleged, X user @arghavan_salles did not agree and immediately concluded that Censori was a victim of abuse:
"Bianca dresses the way she wants, twitter person doesn’t agree. It’s automatically abuse and the blame is put on Ye. Somehow 100k+ people agree."
Kanye West also engaged in a direct mention of fellow streamer Kai Cenat during an episode of The Download podcast in April 2024. In it, he referred to the Twitch streamer as an "industry plant." and asked him to refrain from mentioning his daughter's name.
