Lord Miles calls upon IShowSpeed to visit Afghanistan and meet the Taliban
Darren "IShowSpeed" has been traveling extensively recently, going from country to country within Europe. With just a few days between each broadcast, the creator could be seen in a fresh new country each time. He has visited Albania, Romania, the Netherlands, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, Denmark, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, among many others.
With his undoubtedly extensive traveling record, Lord Miles saw it fit to call upon IShowSpeed to visit Taliban-occupied Afghanistan. He even assured that the American creator would be able to "goof off" with the members of the militant group and shoot assault rifles during his time there. Lord Miles stated:
"I can ensure he can goof off with the Taliban, shoot an AK-47, explore the country, etc. What could go wrong! I'd love to put something together."
In a subsequent post, he also asked netizens if they would like to see a "formal" video wherein he and the members of the Taliban invite the 19-year-old YouTuber to the country. Lord Miles wrote:
"Would you all like to see a formal video of me with the Taliban where we invite ishowspeed to Afghanistan?"
IShowSpeed's non-stop touring of Europe seems to have significantly benefitted the creator's YouTube metrics. In his most recent stream on July 20, 2024, the creator celebrated hitting 27 million subscribers, gaining two million within a month. This, as per Speed himself, was a feat he had never achieved since starting content production on YouTube.
