YouTube and Twitch streamer Ludwig has commented on the recent controversy surrounding Minecraft star Clay "Dream." During a livestream on January 13, 2025, Ludwig reacted to Dream's recent broadcast, in which the latter stated that the Mogul Money Live host accused him of calling one of his friends a "wh*re."
Ludwig provided details about the situation and explained why he decided not to make a Mogul Mail video about Dream's response to several allegations through a one-hour-22-minute video titled The Truth :
"But the real reason I didn't want to do it is what he brought up... you know? He called one of my friends a wh*re. And I told him this privately. I've never talked about this publicly. I never even brought up that he messaged me. The third reason, by the way, I didn't make the video, I've been asked to make videos a couple of times by people, instantly, that makes me not to make videos about them. Like, instantly!"

The Los Angeles-based personality then clarified why he chose to disclose details about the situation:
"Anyway, this wh*re thing is true. Right? This happened. Someone came up to me and they told me this. And I kept this to myself, I've never brought this up publicly. I feel fine bringing it publicly now because Dream brought it up. Dream, after I said this, sent me back, like, five pages worth of information about the situation, defending himself, you know, messages from the person he called a wh*re, and explaining the situation. Right?"
Ludwig also claimed that while Dream was defending himself for making offensive remarks about a woman, he seemed to be talking about another person:
"All of those messages were about a different girl. I never answered him. I never replied because I was like, 'Brother, that's not even who I was talking about! So, apparently, you've come into this situation, now more than one time. I'm definitely not making the video,' moved on with my life. And, by the way, still not making the video!"
"Make good content" - Ludwig gives "recommendation" to Dream amid the latter's recent controversy
After explaining why he did not cover Dream's video on his Mogul Mail YouTube channel, Ludwig had a "recommendation" for the Florida native. He remarked:
"Don't give a s**t. Good luck! Okay? My recommendation? Keep your head down and make good content. That's it! That's all. F**k you want from me? I'm a League of Legends player. Leave me alone! I'm f**king Platinum, b**ch. That's it."
