Twitch streamer Chance "Sodapoppin" has disclosed why Jason "Pirate Software" was kicked out of the OnlyFangs World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore guild. On January 15, 2025, a video from Mohamed "Ziqo's" livestream went viral on Reddit and X, showing that Pirate Software had been kicked out of OnlyFangs by a guild officer named Novacht.
On the same day, a screenshot of Sodapoppin's Discord message announcing that he had decided to remove Jason from the guild surfaced on Elon Musk's social media platform. According to the One True King (OTK) co-owner, "a large majority of people" were uncomfortable playing or being around Pirate Software amid the recent drama:
"@everyone Yes, I made the decision to gkick (guild kick) Pirate. I felt a large majority of people in the guild felt uncomfortable playing or being around him and all that drama that surrounded him at this point. Even though some people may have not felt that way. A lot did."
Sodapoppin also commented on the former Blizzard employee "quadrupling down" on his stance on the debacle, stating that he made the "right decision" to remove Pirate Software from the guild:
"And after seeing some clips today from him quadrupling down ???? Or idk what number we're on at this point. I think I'm making the right decision but still, I feel bad. Try to just let this whole thing slide into forgetfulness and move on imo. Stay safe gamers."
Pirate Software has responded to Sodapoppin's decision to kick him out of the guild via an X post, writing:
"Cool way to handle it. Well done OnlyFangs."
"Don't allow to play him anymore" - xQc recently stated Pirate Software should be "banned" from OnlyFangs over the recent WoW controversy
On January 14, 2025, a one-minute-eight-second video featuring Felix "xQc" surfaced on X. In the video, one can see the streamer stating that Pirate Software should be "banned" from OnlyFangs because of the World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore controversy:
"If Soda had a backbone and he didn't care about viewership like he used to, just ban the guy from the guild and don't allow to play him anymore. You want to know why? In a crucial moment where people have to focus on gameplay and communicate and cooperate, the guy starts arguing and the guy starts to f**king create a weird, like, mald dialog. I never want to hear that s**t f**king ever! If I was there, I would f**king slam the whole stack. What a joke! What a f**king joke!"
In other news, Pirate Software accused content creators of organizing "hate raids" against him during a recent Twitch livestream.
