Sophia “Djarii” recently reacted to a Nick “Nickmercs” rant about how he felt, concerning transgender people. While streaming Elden Ring, the streamer stated that transgender people aren’t real, which has certainly sparked a great deal of discussion online. Among these is Djarii, a Twitch streamer and social media influencer who was not shy about her opinions on his viral clip.

The content creator fired back at Nickmercs, and the two had a brief exchange over social media about the topic. The back and forth were brief, but both parties were very open about their feelings for the other:

“Trans people have existed long before he sadly slid out into the world. Thissis the most f**king asinine take ever.”

Twitch streamer Djarii calls out Nickmercs after his recent thoughts on the transgender community

A recent Nickmercs stream brought a brief rant against transgender people, where he claimed: “There’s no such thing as trans people”. This naturally sparked a discussion, and while many people in his community chose to side with him, others outside it replied to him.

In particular, a Twitch streamer by the name of Djarii, quote-tweeted him with the following to say:

“@Nickmercs is such a stupid, bigoted c**t. Trans people have existed long before he sadly slid out into the world. This is the most f**king asinine take ever.”

In time, Nick would respond, replying directly to the streamer via X. In his reply, he asked Djarii a question, along the same lines as his previous rant against transgender people, where he claimed a p*nis meant you are a man, and a v*gina meant you are a woman:

This led to another response from Djarii, which wrapped up the conversation. Instead of ranting at the FaZe Clan co-owner, and insulting him for his comments about transgender people, she offered him this response, but did highlight how similar his response was to a documentary by political commentator Matt Walsh:

“No surprise to me that you would take the opportunity to quote another transphobe, Matt Walsh, and act like it’s a goteem…How very unoriginal. Woman is a gender identity commonly held by adult females, but not limited to. Trans women may also identify as ‘woman’.

The streamer in no way backed off of his comments, and it’s far from the first time he’s had a negative statement concerning the LGBQT community. That particular statement from him a year ago, ultimately led to Activision removing the Nickmercs Call of Duty Operator bundle.
