A clip of Jimmy "MrBeast" talking about the Japanese versions of his YouTube videos being dubbed by Naruto's voice actor has gone viral after being shared by X user @Scubaryan_ on January 5, 2025. Naruto's iconic voice is portrayed by actor Junko Takeuchi in the popular anime.

Ever since YouTube started allowing multiple audio tracks for a single video, MrBeast's videos have been released with dubbed audio tracks for languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Japanese, and more. In the viral clip, Jimmy can be seen surrounded by people on the set of FaZe Clan's Beast Games collaboration from last month.

In the video, MrBeast proceeds to show the Japanese version of one of his YouTube videos, asking if people recognize the voice actor:

"Have any of you ever seen Naruto? Wait, tell me if you can recognize this voice actor."

FaZe Silky seemed amazed after hearing the voice and asked the YouTuber if he really got Naruto's voice actor for the dub:

"What? You have Naruto as your voice actor?"

MrBeast answered in the affirmative and claimed Japanese people love his videos because his voice sounds like Naruto:

"Yeah. So, people in Japan love my videos. Because I sound like Naruto."

MrBeast claims most of his YouTuber viewers are Spanish and Hindi speakers and not English

Before YouTube introduced the multi-audio track feature, MrBeast used to operate multiple channels dedicated to various languages. These days, however, his main channel features videos with different audio tracks, allowing viewers to watch his content in the language of their choosing.

The YouTuber was explaining this to those present at the FaZe Clan Beast Games collaboration. He also claimed that most of his viewers were not English speakers:

"It's like, YouTube you can add different voice tracks. So, most of my audience doesn't even speak English."

FaZe Adapt asked him to clarify:

"What does most of your audience speak?"

To which MrBeast responded by saying Spanish and Hindi speakers are his majority audience:

"Spanish, Hindi. All languages actually. Which language do you want?"

MrBeast has seen widespread success with this strategy, recently his subscriber count even surpassed the Census Bureau's estimate of the current US population.
