Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" discussed the recent report by Daily Mail that claims YouTube star Jimmy "MrBeast" has hired a celebrity lawyer to pen at least one cease-and-desist order to DogPack404, who has received two such orders in total. This comes after multiple allegations were made by DogPack404, who is a former employee of MrBeast, regarding the authenticity of the latter's videos.
The lawyer, Alex Spiro, is famously known for acquitting Alec Baldwin in the Rust shooting trial, as well as representing popular figures like Jay-Z, Mick Jagger, 21 Savage, and Elon Musk in the past. Reacting to this news, Asmongold was of the opinion that MrBeast may end up winning the trial even if only some of the "counts" turn out to be false:
"I actually think MrBeast is going to win the lawsuit, because this is what's going to happen. There's going to be 60 counts of statements made about MrBeast, three of these counts will be proven false. MrBeast will then win a judgement of $70 million against DogPack, that DogPack can never, you know, pay back."

YouTube's most subscribed creator Jimmy "MrBeast" has had a multitude of allegations made against him by former employees in the past months, with one of them being DogPack404. In his YouTube video titled I worked for MrBeast, He's a Fraud, the creator accused MrBeast of faking his videos and manipulating children, among others.
By August 1, 2024, DogPack404 had received two cease-and-desist orders from MrBeast's team. Despite this, DogPack404 continued uploading content about and criticizing MrBeast's alleged practices.
Discussing what the future outlook of a court case between MrBeast and DogPack404 could look like if MrBeast won, Asmongold continued:
"Then, the article's going to be written, 'MrBeast wins lawsuit,' because three out of the 60 accusations were proven false. Everybody is going to read the article and say, 'Wow! I knew he was innocent. Jimmy would never do anything wrong. I can't believe DogPack would ever do this.'"
Asmongold also had a special request for MrBeast, pleading:
"MrBeast has a chance to do something that will be really good for me. We all know what it's going to be. Please, Jimmy. Jimmy, please. Please stream this trial."
An alleged former female employee came out with accusations of MrBeast's crew making rape and pedophilia jokes on a "daily basis."
