Jimmy "MrBeast" has had a tumultuous 2024, with multiple allegations coming from people who participated in his YouTube challenge videos as well as former employees. Despite all the controversies, he has uploaded new content on his YT channel, where he is stranded in a cave for seven days. It's worth noting that his latest video features Mack Hopkins, a fellow YouTuber who frequently collaborates with MrBeast.

In the video, his team sets up camp, uses primitive methods to cook food, and makes hammocks to sleep in. MrBeast and his crew members venture deep into the cave, geared up with the necessary equipment to survive a whole week in it. While the expedition started simply, it slowly became dangerous, especially with the flooding that occurred as they traveled deeper into the cave.

Titled 7 Days Stranded In A Cave, the video also included a promotion for MrBeast's Swarms toy line, which he released while controversies involving him developed. The group's journey concluded when they returned to land after witnessing beautiful bioluminescent glow worms stuck to the cave's ceiling.

For his latest video, Jimmy placed importance on safety. Two "safety experts" can be seen in the video, who were responsible for ensuring that nobody got hurt.

These professionals guided the group through the cave and saw to it that nobody suffered injuries, especially while they shifted through the fast-moving waters underground. MrBeast even gifted Joel, one of the "safety experts," fifty thousand New Zealand dollars as a token of appreciation.

For those out of the loop, this video was released after Jake Weddle talked about not being treated well by Jimmy and his crew. The former MrBeast employee was allegedly subjected to a distressing experience on a set where a 30-day solitary confinement challenge was being filmed.

According to Weddle, the conditions he had to endure were so extreme — such as being unable to sleep due to constant lighting — that he developed insomnia and had to leave the challenge prematurely. He claimed that MrBeast pressured him to continue even after his health had begun to deteriorate.
