MrBeast's girlfriend Thea Booysen talks about the controversy surrounding her partner
YouTube's most subscribed content creator MrBeast has so far been accused of conducting fake lotteries, scripting/faking his videos, hiring a registered sex offender as a manager, and neglecting the health of the participants in his upcoming Prime Video show Beast Games.
The allegations against MrBeast emerged from various sources, including other YouTubers, such as Rosanna Pansino, supposed ex-employees, and YouTubers DogPack404 and Ty Ore.
One individual, claiming to be a fellow South African, cited Booyen's "good nature" and advised her to distance herself from her partner. The comment was made on her latest YouTube video from March this year titled Showing Off My Disney Lorcana Collection.
Booysen responded by stating that "half" of what is being discussed regarding her partner is "not true." She said she was trying to "stay away from everything" and focus on her education:
"...Half of the things that are said are not true. I wouldn't be with him if they were. It is so important to me to be a good person. Hopefully things will be fixed soon, but for now I'm focusing on my studies and trying to stay from away everything."
Alleged MrBeast ex-employee and YouTuber Ty Ore came under fire recently for setting up a GoFundMe campaign, asking his viewers for donations totaling a whopping $1.7 million. The YouTuber alleged that he had not been paid for the work he did for MrBeast, and asked his viewers to support him through the campaign.
