MrBeast took to X to share that his latest video, 50 YouTubers Fight For $1,000,000, has become the creator's most viewed video ever within 24 hours, reaching 71 million views. The massively popular video involves fifty creators, including big names such as IShowSpeed, Pokimane, Kai Cenat, and KSI, carrying out various challenges within a glass cube-esque structure.

Those who complete each challenge would move one step closer to becoming the winner and attaining the final prize of $1 million, which was to be eventually given away to the winner's subscribers. Furthermore, MrBeast had also brought out actual subscribers of the creators to the venue, which added pressure as their performance on certain challenges determined whether the fan would receive a Cybertruck as a gift.

MrBeast states that his YouTube video now holds the number two spot for the highest views within 24 hours

Jimmy "MrBeast" shared the news with his fans in an X post uploaded on July 14, 2024. The creator also revealed that the trailer for Rockstar's highly-anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI was what was preventing his video from breaking the world record for the most viewed (non-music) video within 24 hours.

The trailer was released on December 4, 2024, and garnered a massive 90.4 million views within a day. As per Guinness World Records, it currently holds the world record for "Most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours (non-music)".

On the other side, the world record for the "Most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours" overall goes to Korean music band BTS for their music video titled "BTS (방탄소년단) 'DYNAMITE' OFFICIAL MV". The video had attained over 101 million views within a day of being uploaded on YouTube. Now, it holds over 1.8 billion views.

This is not the only recent accomplishment by MrBeast, as he became the most subscribed YouTuber by surpassing T-series on June 2, 2024. Additionally, on July 10, 2024, he became the first creator to ever reach the milestone of 300 million subscribers on the video-hosting platform.

Based on the current viewership trajectory of MrBeast's video and with it still holding on to the #2 trending spot sitewide after a day of upload, fans are expecting the video to pass the 100 million views mark shortly.

The video in question featured a wide variety of creators from all over the world in attendance, including Spanish creators Ibai and El Rubius. Ibai recently made history as well by becoming the streamer with the most concurrent viewers ever on Twitch once again.

Even though he already held the title, he has now beaten his record of 3.4 million viewers, which he set last year. The new record recorded 3.8 million concurrent viewers who had been watching his La Velada del Ano 4 annual boxing event.
