YouTube star Darren "IShowSpeed" has gone viral on social media after Nicholas "Nick Eh 30" banned him from his custom Fortnite games. On October 13, 2024, a 42-second video surfaced on X, in which Nick Eh 30 and IShowSpeed were seen playing Fortnite.
At one point during their conversation, IShowSpeed ended up using the N-word when Nick Eh 30 said:
"(Nick Eh 30 says, 'You think you're the king?') I'm the king, n***a! (IShowSpeed kills Nick Eh 30 in Fortnite) F**k!"
After this, the Canadian personality sternly told the 19-year-old that he was banning him from his custom Fortnite lobbies:
"What?! Yo! Speed! Okay, bro! You're banned. You're banned. Hey, you're never joining my (Fortnite) customs ever again. Bye!"
The YouTube streamer burst out laughing and expressed his amusement at the situation, saying:
"Oh s**t, that's funny! Oh, my god, that was funny. That was funny! Oh, my god, that was funny. All right, chat, that's enough of Fortnite. That was funny. He thought I was about to really say that. He thought I really was about to say, 'I'm the king.' No! Oh, that was funny! Oh, I'm sorry, that was funny. Oh, my god!"

Back in August 2024, IShowSpeed took the internet by storm when he livestreamed himself jumping over two sports cars, his Lamborghini Huracan STO and a McLaren 720S. However, Nick Eh 30 claimed the YouTuber fabricated his viral stunt.
During a Fortnite livestream, the 29-year-old claimed that IShowSpeed used an editing technique known as "masking" during the broadcast, calling the stunt "fake."
He elaborated:
That's all CGI. Um, not CGI but just edited. It's called masking. Like, I can watch that right now. Did he... this is all fake. It's all edited. So, what he was doing was just fake reading chat. This is a video that he edited and, where is it... (Nick Eh 30 starts laughing), I am not going to lie, it looks really real, he's got good editors for sure. Yeah, there's no way he is jumping over a car like that."
On August 6, 2024, Nick Eh 30 took to X to share a video in which he jumped over a Ferrari SF90. He eventually admitted that the video was fake, adding that he "didn't actually jump over a car".
