Logan Paul and KSI’s PRIME Hydration has a strong history of partnering with athletes and content creators to build its brand. In April 2024, they introduced YouTube streaming sensation Darren "IShowSpeed" to their team as part of this strategy. PRIME is known for creating limited-edition, themed hydration drinks that are often inspired by the personalities or stories of its partners.

After nearly six months with the brand, Speed finally released his very own custom flavor, adding to PRIME’s tradition of blending collaborations with creative product launches.

In the promotional video, Slipz, the streamer's cameraman, presented him with a custom, IShowSpeed-themed bottle. With excitement in his voice, the streamer said:

"No way, it's finally out... My PRIME bottle out baby! Siuuuu! PRIME up, man."

The new red PRIME Hydration bottle features a bold yellow logo with black accents. As a tribute to the streamer's admiration for football star Cristiano Ronaldo, the design includes a silhouette of Speed mimicking Ronaldo's iconic "Siuuuu" celebration.

Additionally, Speed’s playful twist on the move, known as "Sewey," is printed on the back near the nutritional details.

On September 30, 2024, Speed unveiled his new PRIME flavor, Dragon Fruit Acai. Dragon Fruit is Indigenous to Asia, Mexico, Central America, South America, and Israel. Acai, on the other hand, is a small, dark purple berry from the acai palm tree, native to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil.

The new flavor is available on the Prime Hydration website and currently retails for about $30 (for a 12-pack bundle). However, given its popularity, stocks may vary quickly depending on the region.

This release might help boost the brand's sales, which seem to have been slowing down in 2024. In the UK, sales dropped by 50% year-over-year in the first quarter. This could be due to the initial novelty wearing off, as the drink was once viewed as a rare and valuable commodity when supply was limited, driving up demand.

Additionally, PRIME has faced criticism and regulatory challenges. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) began investigating its energy drinks for high caffeine content.

IShowSpeed is currently on a Southeast Asia tour and recently visited Cebu City in The Philippines, where he had a chaotic livestream that ended abruptly because of how overwhelming the fans were.
