Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" has addressed the online community about his recent feud with Kai Cenat. For those unaware, on December 21, 2024, Cenat criticized xQc for claiming that "all he does" is bring celebrities onto his livestream and do collaborations. The two-time Streamer of the Year award winner added that the former Overwatch pro should not try to show off his wealth.
xQc eventually responded to Cenat, stating that his net worth exceeded that of the entirety of AMP (Any Means Possible):
"Brother, you do not want to go band for band. Both hands in the air, I got AMP's entire net worth in one USB stick in some safety deposit box somewhere, buddy. We are not going to go there."
On December 22, 2024, the Canadian internet star addressed the controversy, stating that "nobody was wrong" in the situation:
"What happens in this set of environment is - something happens, joke happens, guy thinks it's not a joke, and fires back. Respectfully, hey, I've been in both positions, I've been where I heard a joke, and I fired back. I've been in the position where I made the joke. Either of the spots, okay? In this particular position, nobody's wrong. Okay? In this particular position, no party is more wrong than the other. Okay? That's how I see it."
xQc comments on whether he yielded against Kai Cenat following their recent tussle
After claiming that "nobody was wrong" in his conflict with Kai Cenat, xQc compared internet feuds to Fortnite lobbies. He then commented on whether he yielded against the New Yorker following their dispute, saying:
"It's like Fortnite lobby, like, trash talk. Is it worth, like, throwing actual friendships away and people I care about because of some actual bulls**t? Absolutely not! I don't care. Is that folding? Absolutely not! Do you think it's folding? Hey, I'm the biggest folder, you've seen me play Poker, I get a good hand, I fold that s**t. I don't give a f**k. Okay? I don't care. I don't want it. I don't need it, the clout, the money, the fame, the whatever, looking good on the internet, I don't need it! I don't want it."
As of this writing, Kai Cenat has not commented on the Twitch and Kick star's response to their feud.
