American animation YouTuber Nux Taku has finally addressed the recent video made by fellow creator Mutahar "SomeOrdinaryGamers." For those unaware, the latter posted a video (now removed) calling out Nux Taku for allegedly making him react to an anime that he described as "Lolicon." In the video, he said:
"If it's hentai and it involves high school people, then it falls under the 'Loli' banner and that is never okay."
He further claimed that he would be severing all connections with Nux Taku. Today (December 5, 2024), the latter went live and spoke about the situation. According to Nux, Mutahar had allegedly apologized to him after removing his video. He said:
"Muta deleted his video, posted a community post, and then called me and apologized. Anyway, we'll see what happens. The TLDR is, that people bullied Muta into making a hit piece on me, and it backfired."
He further called out people like Keemstar who accused him of pedophilia:
"I got pretty f**ked up DMs. People were reaching out and being, 'Nux, are you associated with child p**n?' I was like, 'Wait, what? No.' Keemstar tweeted how he thinks I'm a pedophile. Classic Keemstar maneuver. Zero evidence or information. They were canceling me for Loli-p**n, which is ironic because I've never supported Loli-p**n. Their definition of Loli-p**n is Hentai in a high school setting."
Nux Taki accused of associating with Shadman following drama involving SomeOrdinaryGamers
After SomeOrdinaryGamers released his now-deleted callout video against Nux Taku, the latter has faced additional allegations on social media platforms. Some of these accusations are from his past content, where he was allegedly seen laughing at a graphic depiction of a schoolgirl engaged in sexual relations.
Another allegation has surfaced against Nux Taku, linking him to Shadman, a controversial comic artist notorious for creating content accused of promoting lolicon. Some users on X.com have pointed out instances where Nux Taku was seen interacting with Shadman.
For those unaware, Shadman is the same artist who was allegedly associated with MrBeast's former crew member, Ava Kris Tyson. It was reported that Ava had purchased artwork from Shadman in the past, sparking significant backlash due to the latter's controversial reputation.
As for SomeOrdinaryGamers, he addressed the situation in a community post on his YouTube channel, admitting that his video about Nux Taku was an overreaction made in the heat of the moment. He also announced that he would be taking a short break.
