UK-based YouTuber JJ "KSI," along with Logan Paul and Jimmy "MrBeast," has launched a grab-and-go meal box company called Lunchly. However, this venture has attracted some criticism. YouTuber Daniel "DanTDM" in particular raised concerns over the product, describing it as "selling crap to kids who don't know better."
KSI has since responded by highlighting that DanTDM himself has endorsed pre-packaged meal boxes (through sponsorship deals). He wrote:
"He was sponsored, then promoted and made a whole video on MunchPak (a monthly sub box full of food and candy) to his Minecraft audience full of kids."
This response, however, hasn't garnered the most positive of responses from the online community. One X.com user replied by stating:
"I’ll be honest, your sh*t just sucks and people like DanTDM more than you."
Here are some other reactions:
What did Logan Paul and MrBeast respond regarding the criticism against Lunchly?
YouTube stars KSI, MrBeast, and Logan Paul are no strangers to entrepreneurial ventures. Their latest project, Lunchly, is a pre-packaged meal box designed as a healthier alternative to the existing Lunchables.
However, this has also attracted some controversy. DanTDM's post criticizing the product has sparked a lot of discussion. Logan Paul, for instance, responded by stating that their goal is simply to build businesses. He wrote:
"I’ll tell you what happened to YouTubers. We spent our lives creating content and building our brands. Now we want to build businesses."
MrBeast has also responded to the drama, emphasizing that Lunchly is a healthier option for kids compared to the existing products on the market. He said:
"Eating fresh chicken and broccoli is healthier but if someone is going to eat a premade meal like this (which millions of people do thru lunchables) then I think giving them a higher quality."
Lunchly currently offers three variants - Turkey Stack 'Ems, "The Pizza," and Fiesta Nachos. Each box, priced at $3.99, includes a PRIME Hydration bottle, a Feastables chocolate bar, and one of the three food items from the variants.
