Thor "Pirate Software" has declared that he will no longer stream Hardcore World of Warcraft on Twitch. The announcement came during his broadcast on January 17, 2025, days after he was kicked from the OnlyFangs guild on January 15, 2025.
For context, Pirate Software has been embroiled in controversy since he was accused of "roaching out" and not helping fellow guild members during a raid in the game.
While he has maintained that he could not have helped his fellow World of Warcraft players, the streamer has had to ban thousands of accounts on Twitch and social media after supposedly getting hate raids and death threats.
During his broadcast on January 17, 2025, Pirate Software claimed that he doesn't "give a sh*t" about Hardcore World of Warcraft anymore and would not be streaming the game on Twitch again:
"Guys, I won't be playing Hardcore World of Warcraft on stream again. I don't give a sh*t about any of this stuff anymore."
Pirate Software claims it is not a "soap opera bit" and will not be making his own guild to play Hardcore World of Warcraft
Pirate Software's removal from the OnlyFangs guild has caused a lot of drama in the Twitch community. Before getting kicked out, he had accused other content creators of organizing hate raids on his community and channel.
Sodapoppin, the former guild master of OnlyFangs, had this to say while talking about the situation on a private Discord server:
"Yes, I made the decision to gkick (guild kick) Pirate. I felt a large majority of people in the guild felt uncomfortable playing or being around him and all that drama that surrounded him at this point. Even though some people may have not felt that way. A lot did."
Pirate Software has now claimed he does not intend to stream Hardcore World of Warcraft anymore and that he would be moving on to doing other stuff:
"If you came here to talk about it and you want to do a thing you think is part of a soap opera bit, it's not part of a bit and I am not going to play it. I am just going to do other stuff and that's it."

He also shut down rumors about starting a guild in Hardcore World of Warcraft:
"Yeah, I am not going to build my own guild or any of that sh*t. I'm out. Yeah. Not interested."
In the same broadcast, Pirate Software made comments about how "stupid" it was that he was kicked from the OnlyFangs guild. He claimed that it was a knee-jerk reaction to him talking about reporting those targeting his community with abusive comments.
