On his January 17, 2025 Twitch stream, Thor "Pirate Software" addressed getting kicked out of the OnlyFangs World of Warcraft guild and claimed it happened because he had talked about reporting people and content creators who were sending "abusive comments" and hate raids targeting him and his community.

For context, Pirate Software has been at the center of a massive controversy online after he was kicked out of the OnlyFangs guild in World of Warcraft Hardcore mode after he was accused of being a "roach" and not helping other guildmates in need.

Sodapoppin, the former war chief of OnlyFangs has justified kicking the Twitch streamer by claiming his presence was making others feel uncomfortable in the wake of the drama.

Pirate Software has addressed getting kicked from OnlyFangs on social media before. However, on his latest Twitch stream, he claimed that it was because he had said he would report people sending him hate:

"Why did they kick me out of the guild? So, they kicked me out of the guild because I said that I was going to be reporting people that were sending abusive comments to me and sending their communities to hate raid me. What they don't understand is, that meant very few people."

Pirate Software claims he was only reporting people being abusive towards him and thinks being kicked from OnlyFangs "was stupid"

As mentioned, Pirate Software has addressed getting kicked from the World of Warcraft guild in a post on X where he detailed the amount of hate and death threats he and his community has faced since the controversy started.

On his broadcast, the streamer claimed that he was only reporting people actively sending actual hate targeting him and his audience:

"That was like, one content creator that we actually reported. And we have brought that up to three now. And there were people who were actively sending their communities to attack us and talking about it live on stream."

The Twitch streamer denied reporting anyone just talking about the OnlyFangs drama:

"Not just anybody covering the sh*t. But people being like, 'Hey, I want to start beef with this guy specifically for content. I want to attack this dude for content, I think it would be good for content to fight this guy.' And I was like, 'No, we are reporting that. That's dogsh*t.'"

Pirate Software then noted that kicking him from the OnlyFangs guild was a knee-jerk reaction, claiming it was "stupid":

"So it's not just anyone covering it, which is what people tried to spin it as. But that's why they kicked me from the guild. It is because of that. Which is, I get it. But they didn't look into anything. They just knee-jerked it, which was stupid, to be honest for me. That sh*t does not belong on the platform and I am more than happy to report that."

It seems like Pirate Software has put the controversy behind him and has started playing other games on his Twitch stream.
