A clip of popular Twitch star Imane "Pokimane" reacting to being asked out by FaZe Kaysan has garnered much attention on social media. On a live stream dated December 2, 2024, Imane showcased her DMs that had the FaZe Clan member seemingly asking her out to dinner. She laughed at the incident before replying with a GIF.

Pokimane's initial frown after seeing the message has gone viral on websites like X. Many started trolling Kaysan by sharing the screenshot of her reaction and claiming that she was uninterested in going out with him.

On her latest stream, Pokimane showed her Instagram DMs where FaZe Kaysan had asked her out to dinner. Pokimane seemed fine initially and had started typing out a message about going to a Middle Eastern restaurant.

However, she soon frowned after reading one of Kaysan's messages, which mentioned how the dinner would not include other members of the FaZe Clan because he intended to "become friends."

The text in question reads:

"No no, not the FaZe boys, just us. How else can we become friends"

Pokimane's reaction was quite dismissive, and she laughed at the proposition, stating:

"I don't even know what to say!"

After replying to Kaysan with the words "smfh", Pokimane laughed some more before saying:

"That's funny as hell, though. Stream sniping DMs."

Kaysan later responded to the situation on his own Twitch stream after viewers asked him about it. The FaZe Clan member claimed that she was pretty, and he was just shooting his shot:

"Let me tell you something real quick. To anyone here shi**ing on me on Twitter for asking Pokimane to dinner listen to me, bro. She is a pretty girl, okay? You guys should never be afraid to shoot your shot bro."

FaZe Kaysan also encouraged his viewers to shoot their shot, adding that even if he was rejected, it was not a big deal:
