Twitch streamer John "Tectone" has shared some rather strong opinions on Emily "Emiru" and her fanbase. During a livestream on January 15, 2025, he discussed making a one-time appearance on the Steak And Eggs podcast and whether he would consider rejoining OTK (One True King).
For context, Tectone resigned from OTK on November 23, 2025, having joined the organization in 2021. During a subsequent livestream, the content creator explained why he decided to leave the collective, stating that he did not want other people to be affected by his actions during his dispute with fellow streamer Pinkchyu.
Here's what Tectone said during his recent Twitch broadcast:
"I would be open to coming on Steak And Eggs for a one-time appearance. But, other than that, unless Asmon and Emmy really convince me, I really just have no interest in going back into OTK. I have no interest in going back to Steak And Eggs. I just don't! I just don't!"
When his live viewers asked why he didn't want to rejoin OTK or join the Steak And Eggs podcast, Tectone said it was difficult to be friends with Emiru publicly. He elaborated:
"'Why, though?' Guys, because it's really hard to be friends with Emiru publicly. Okay? It just is! It attracts these weird motherf**kers that are obsessed with me and I just don't want to f**king deal with it. All right? That's f**king it! They're just f**king weird! Okay? It's bad! It's bad!"
Tectone explains why he's not "sharing proof" amid recent controversy with Pinkchyu
On January 15, 2025, Tectone shared a lengthy post on X to respond to the controversy involving him and Pinkchyu. Claiming that the latter had been "spreading untrue accusations" about him for "nearly half a year," the gacha games streamer stated that he attempted to handle the situation legally, but Pinkchyu "knew loopholes" in defamation cases.
Furthermore, he commented on the allegations of sexual assault, writing:
"Let me be clear: false accusations of rape or sexual assault (SA) are not just harmful—they’re reprehensible. These are serious matters, and making false claims is beyond unforgivable. Every single accusation Pink has made against me is false. There are no police reports, no legal action—because there’s nothing to stand on. Her behavior stems from resentment because I moved on from our relationship faster than she wanted."
During his Twitch livestream, Tectone discussed the situation and explained why he does not intend to share evidence about the circumstances:
"The reason why I don't want to present any proof or evidence against false claims. Well, first of all, it's very hard to prove a negative. It's very hard to prove something didn't happen. But it is very easy to prove that something did happen. Right? The burden of proof lies in the accuser, not the accused. And, if me, the accused, gives in to what people are saying, 'Provide proof that you didn't do it,' okay chat, prove that you didn't sneeze 10 seconds ago. Prove it!"
As of this writing, Emiru has not responded to the streamer's recent remarks about their friendship or her community.
