Rosanna Pansino accuses MrBeast of engaging in illegal activity, claims he "pressures his friends and employees" to gamble

On September 27, 2024, YouTuber Rosanna Pansino released a video featuring Jimmy "MrBeast" on X and accused him of engaging in an "illegal" activity. For those out of the loop, on September 26, 2024, MrBeast's upcoming Amazon Prime game show, Beast Games, sparked another controversy, with some set workers reportedly saying the YouTuber's production team should be "blacklisted."

Earlier today (September 27, 2024), Rosanna Pansino posted a seven-second clip on X in which MrBeast was seen with a group of people while allegedly playing Bustabit. For context, Bustabit is a BitCoin gambling platform that is illegal for US residents to use, as mentioned in the website's Terms of Service (ToS).

Commenting on the situation, Pansino posted:

"Is MrBeast playing BustABit? (BustABit is illegal for anyone in the US to play) 'Oh s**t! Holy s**t, that's probably the stupidest thing I've ever done.' - MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson)."

In response to X user @MinnieQuinniee, who asked what Bustabit is, the 39-year-old wrote:

"BustABit is a Bitcoin Gambling Website that is illegal to everyone in the US."

Rosanna Pansino explains why she believes MrBeast engaged in an "illegal" activity by allegedly gambling on a platform

On the same day, Rosanna Pansino uploaded a 30-minute YouTube video titled, MrBeast is a CRIMINAL (Leaked Video), in which she explained why she thinks the most subscribed YouTuber engaged in an "illegal" activity.

At the five-minute mark, Pansino claimed the reflection in one of the "large windows" made it evident that the 26-year-old was gambling on the Bustabit website.

While accusing the Kansas native of "pressuring his friends and employees" to gamble, Rosanna Pansino said:

"I have heard from multiple people close to Jimmy that he pressures his friends and employees to gamble. This video is of Jimmy and some friends hanging out, and it appears that they are gambling on Bustabit, which is a website that is illegal in the United States."

After playing the seven-second clip mentioned above in her video, Pansino remarked:

"What you can see in the reflection of these large windows at night is the Bustabit website. This video is only a couple of years old. So it shows that he is continuing to do this behavior, and not only gambling but illegal gambling."

Furthermore, she spotted fellow YouTuber Mark Rober in the video:

"What do you know? I spot Mark Rober. It appears that when he notices someone, (he) picks up the camera, and starts filming. He steps out of the frame. He's noticing someone's filming and tries to step out of the frame."

As of this writing, MrBeast has not responded to Rosanna Pansino's accusation that he gambled on an "illegal" platform.
