Sapnap breaks silence amid hiatus from content creation, opens up about his mental health

Popular internet personality Nicholas "Sapnap" has addressed the community amid his hiatus from content creation. On January 27, 2025, the content creator posted an update on his official X Community — Saplings — in which he spoke out about his mental health.

After explaining why he hasn't livestreamed recently, Sapnap disclosed that he has some "pretty cool streams" planned, as well as a YouTube video that is "almost done."

He tweeted:

"Sorry, I haven't been active recently, I honestly have felt pretty meh mentally for the last little while and I haven't felt like streaming or honestly really doing any content, but I have some pretty cool streams lined up hopefully soon (Saluting face emoji). Oh, and the video is almost done being edited, I swear."

Hundreds of fans have shared their thoughts on Nicholas' update, with X user @ThievesLuck expressing their support:

"Please take care, we’ll be here to support you when you’re feeling better!! you can’t pour from an empty glass, and content is always so much better when you enjoy making it too," X user @ThievesLuck wrote.

Another community member wished well for Sapnap's well-being:
