Sidemen officially announce the return of the Sidemen Charity Match

UK's biggest YouTube group, Sidemen, is back again with their popular Charity Football Match series, officially known as the Sidemen Charity Match. The group first hosted this event in June 2016, followed by matches in May 2017, June 2018, September 2022, and 2023. While it was previously uncertain whether the event would take place in 2024 or 2025—especially after JJ "KSI" indicated they might not do one in 2024, stating (via JJ Olatunji):

"I don't think there will be a Sidemen Charity Match this year. There definitely will be one next year and it is going to be one of the biggest charity matches we have ever done. But yeah, I don't think we're doing one this year."

Despite these doubts, the group has officially announced the return of the Sidemen Charity Match. At present, the date or the participant names are not yet announced, but further ticket information will be available from November 10, 2024. They took to their official X.com page to announce this:

"I'll literally be a water boy" - FaZe Ronaldo, IShowSpeed and more react to the Sidemen Charity Match

The Sidemen Charity Match is known for featuring some of the biggest names in the content creation industry. In recent years, notable participants have included Darren "IShowSpeed," Jimmy "MrBeast," Felix "xQc," Kai Cenat, and many others.

With the official announcement of the event, several content creators have already put their names forward for possible inclusion. FaZe Clan member and Twitch streamer Rani "Stable Ronaldo" said:

IShowSpeed, who participated in the event in 2022 and 2023, said this during his latest livestream (November 3, 2024):

"No way the Sidemen Charity Match is coming back! Wait November 10th? That's in seven days! The Sidemen Charity Match is finally coming back. Yo chat, should we play in the Sidemen Charity Match?"

Esports player Davis "Optic Hitch" said:

"This is the year, I can feel it."

As previously said, the dates and participants have yet to be announced. Ticket information will be available on sidemenfc.com on November 10, 2024.
