After Herschel "Guy," aka "Dr DisRespect"'s recent address about the grooming controversy, popular livestreamer Benjamin "DrLupo" has expressed his disapproval of those defending the former. It was on September 6, 2024, that Dr DisRespect went live for the first time since the scandal. During the stream, he claimed the person he sent inappropriate messages to was not a minor.
During a livestream on the same day, DrLupo's attention was drawn to some viewers who defended the "Two-Time Champ's" actions. In response, the Nebraska native remarked:
"We collaborated multiple times. Suddenly, it turns out that years ago, he tried to message a minor to solicit them for sex, and it got caught and that's why it didn't happen. You expect me to 'not turn my back'? There's no way you do not have f**king brain damage from this. There is absolutely no way! If anywhere along that path you go, 'Oh, that's fine,' you got something f**ked up in your head, dude."

After criticizing those who said Dr DisRespect's inappropriate conversation with a minor was "fine," DrLupo remarked that the 42-year-old would never admit the situation and would make things "look better" for himself:
"I don't give a f**k, dude. He messaged a 17-year-old when he was in his late 30s, with a child, and married. He's trying to solicit them for sex. And every single time he talks about it, it's going to be sugarcoated. It's going to be dumbed down because at what point do you expect someone to say, 'Yeah, I wanted to f**k a teenager.' Do you think he's going to say that? F**k no! He's going to make it look better for himself every single time!"
