Tectone says he tried to take legal action against Pinkchyu for "untrue" accusations, but it failed because she "knows loopholes"

In an X post dated January 15, 2025, Twitch star John "Tectone" stated that his attempted legal action against Pinkchyu had been unsuccessful because she "knows loopholes in defamation cases." For context, on November 20, 2024, streamer and cosplay artist Pinkchyu took to X (formerly Twitter) to seemingly accuse her ex-boyfriend, Tectone, of abuse, harassment, and exploitation.

While Pinkchyu did not specifically name Tectone in her posts, he responded to the allegations, considering their past relationship, and threatened legal action.

In his latest X post, Tectone pointed out that Pinkchyu had never directly named him in her posts, leaving the identity of the alleged abuser ambiguous:

"For nearly half a year, Pink has been subtweeting about me, spreading accusations that are completely untrue. I tried to handle this via the legal system, but Pink knows the loopholes in defamation cases. She avoids using my name so she can claim plausible deniability."

Tectone accused Pinkchyu of feigning "plausible deniability" and claimed that her vague statements had damaged his reputation:

"Her strategy has been to post vague comments about me, hoping others would connect the dots and stir things up, all to damage my reputation without taking any responsibility."

For those wondering exactly what Pinkchyu had said, her accusations, shared through her secondary X account @Pinkchyowo, detailed a relationship where the man was allegedly verbally and physically abusive toward her.

Following the Pinkchyu controversy, Tectone resigned from OTK, stating that his decision was motivated by a desire to protect those close to him. In his latest X post, he firmly denied the abuse and assault allegations once again, suggesting that the absence of any police report or legal action on Pinkchyu's part was because no evidence existed to support her claims:

"Let me be clear: false accusations of rape or sexual assault (SA) are not just harmful—they’re reprehensible. These are serious matters, and making false claims is beyond unforgivable."

"Every single accusation Pink has made against me is false. There are no police reports, no legal action—because there’s nothing to stand on."

Tectone further accused Pinkchyu of fabricating the allegations out of resentment over their broken relationship, adding that he possesses proof that their interactions were consensual, though he stated he would not reveal this evidence due to privacy reasons:

"Her behavior stems from resentment because I moved on from our relationship faster than she wanted. Now, I want to address some specific claims: Consensual Interactions: Every intimate moment we shared was entirely consensual. There was never a time when you didn’t fully engage or want to participate."

"I have messages to back this up, but out of respect for your privacy and because of their graphic nature, I won’t share them unless absolutely necessary."

Tectone also refuted other claims made by Pinkchyu, including allegations regarding a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) designed to silence her, as well as accusations of bullying her because of her autism and him being unfaithful. He concluded his lengthy post by reiterating that he has texts and videos that can prove his innocence and threatened to share them if he has "no other choice."

Finally, Tectone challenged Pinkchyu to provide proof of her allegations:

"Since then, you’ve caused me to lose friends, money, family connections, and even feel unsafe in public—all because of a false narrative you’ve pushed. I’ve kept every piece of evidence—texts, videos, everything—from our time together. I don’t want to share it, but I will if I have no other choice. If you have proof of your claims, show it, and I’ll respond with mine."

As of now, Pinkchyu has not responded to Tectone’s latest comments on her allegations.
