Popular Twitch streamer Roberto "Fanum" has opened up about his recent heart attack scare. For those unaware, on June 14, 2024, the 26-year-old took to X to provide a health update, claiming to have suffered a heart attack a few days prior. He wrote:
"Had a heart attack/scare two days ago and ngl (not going to lie)... I thought I was out of here chat, another reminder that health is wealth!"
During a livestream on June 15, 2024, Fanum described the situation, saying he felt like an "elephant sat" on his chest while eating oatmeal. He elaborated:
"I take a bite of an oatmeal, chat... and it felt like an elephant came and just sat on my chest. Out of nowhere! I'm like, 'What the f**k, bro?!' Gang, after that, it was like somebody was trying to grab my heart and pull it out. I'm thinking like, 'Okay, that's one, two, or three times.' Four times! Five times! Six times! I'm panicking now, I ain't going to lie. I'm in the apartment by myself."
A few moments later, Fanum stated that he believed he was about to die:
"I find humor in everything. I'm really thinking like, 'This is crazy.' I survived The Bronx, I survived my childhood, I survived random bullets. This is how I go out. This is how I die."
The AMP-affiliated personality went on to describe the pain he experienced as "10 out of 10." He added:
"I'm being stupid. Like, I should've went to the hospital right then. And, I didn't! I'm just waiting, like, just trying to hold it out, like hopefully, the pain leaves. Because it felt like a long heartburn. It just felt like a long a** heartburn. The pain was 10 out of 10."

Fanum says things took a turn for the worse when he searched on Google for his chest pain symptoms
Fanum continued the conversation, stating that once the pain subsided, he decided to look it up on healthcare websites. Claiming this was the point when things took a turn for the worse, the Twitch streamer said:
"Anyways, it finally passes through. My dumba** gets on WebMD. This is where s**t starts going nuts. I get on WebMD. Now I'm on WebMD and everything I search up... I got it. I got that s**t. I'm Googling s**t! So I'm writing in what I feel, and everything I see, I'm like, 'I got that. I think I got this, too.'"
Fanum added:
"I'm panicking! It's like, I'm f**king up my own head, bro!"
Fanum is one of Twitch's most popular streamers, with over 2.1 million followers. Earlier this month, the content creator appeared on the British YouTube group Sidemen's reality show, Inside.
