"These replies are revolting" - Twitch streamer Nadia responds to backlash over her recent comments on Dr DisRespect

The allegations and the ensuing controversy surrounding Guy "Dr DisRespect" have elicited several reactions online. Many creators have come forward to speak about the situation. One of them is Twitch streamer Nadia (@TheNadiaAmine) who has been critical of the Doc. For instance, in a now-deleted post, she wrote (referring to Midnight Society cutting ties with Guy):

"I don't understand how this is even controversial. His own company said, 'We assumed his innocence,' 'Spoke with parties involved,' 'These facts are difficult to hear.' Why are so many people defending a pedo?"

However, Nadia is also among the most contentious creators out there. Her takes haven't entirely been taken up in the most positive of lights. Following some criticism, the Twitch streamer responded:

"I will never understand how I’m getting more hate for standing up against pedophilia than Dr DisRespect, the actual pedophile. These replies are revolting."

What did other creators say about Dr DisRespect?

Nadia Amine isn't the only creator who has spoken out about the ongoing controversy involving Dr DisRespect. Following the streamer's so-called confession, several creators have reacted to it.

Among the first to respond was Nick "Nickmercs," a popular Twitch streamer and a close friend of the Doc. He said:

"Just to be blunt and straightforward man, that's inexcusable and unacceptable, right? There is no excuse for something like that, and I can't support it, I can't defend it."

Another Twitch streamer, Tim "TimTheTatman," who is also a friend of Guy, has also reacted to the situation. He said:

"If what he is saying where he said that he was messaging a minor and it would sometimes lead to, teeter on inappropriate... if he knew that was a minor and those were the messages being sent, I cannot support that. I can't."

One of the biggest Twitch and Kick streamers Felix "xQc" said that it was "perfectly fine" for Midnight Society (the gaming studio that the Doc co-founded) to cut ties with the streamer. He said:

"If they think something is bad or they have something and they want to get ahead of the curve so that their employees don't tank some sh*t after the fact, I think that's perfectly okay.

UK YouTuber and Sidemen member JJ "KSI" has also responded following Dr DisRespect's statements. He said:

"This makes me so sad man. One of my inspirations talking to a minor inappropriately kmt. You have a wife and kids. Do better."

Dr DisRespect has also revealed that he will be taking an "extended vacation" from streaming. However, he indicated that he will not be gone forever and intends to return to content creation.
