"They are basically the same": Asmongold reviews MrBeast, KSI, and Logan Paul's Lunchly and compares it with Lunchables

On his recent live stream, popular Twitch streamer Asmongold reviewed MrBeast's latest creation Lunchly, which was made in collaboration with Logan Paul and KSI's PRIME. Asmongold also compared the new product with Lunchables amidst the online debate about Lunchly.

The YouTubers' pre-packaged lunch brand has come under scrutiny from online figures like DanTDM who called them out for making products to exploit their fan base. MrBeast, Logan Paul, and KSI have all defended their latest business, claiming that it is a better alternative to Lunchables, who have been serving pre-packaged lunches for years.

To test it out, Asmongold reviewed both of the items in his latest Twitch stream. The streamer seemed fairly disappointed with his conclusion that both tasted the same:

"I feel like this is so anticlimactic. They are basically the same f**king thing. They look different, but they basically taste the exact same."

Lunchables vs Lunchly: Asmongold decides which one is better

Asmongold is a veteran streamer on Twitch who is famous for his controversial takes on gaming and popular culture. Recently, he went viral for his take on the scandal surrounding VTuber Froot.

Considering the publicity behind Lunchly, it was only a matter of time before commentators like Asmongold talked about it on their channels. With the creators of Lunchly heavily promoting it as a healthier alternative to Lunchables, the Twitch streamer couldn't help but do a taste test.

However, Asmongold could not find a winner when it came to the taste of both brands. The streamer shed light on the cheese used in Lunchables and Lunchly:

"The cheese here is a completely different color, and guess what? They both probably use food coloring in these. It's basically the f**king same."

When a viewer asked him to pick a winner, the Twitch star claimed that people should get Lunchly if they liked PRIME and they should buy Lunchables if they preferred Capri Sun. According to him, the drink provided in the packs was the only big differences between the products:

"Which one edges out? I think it depends on the drink. If you like PRIME, then it's going to be [Lunchly]. If you like Capri Sun then it's going to be Lunchables. Other than that, I really can't say."

He also noted that Lunchables' salsa was better while giving props to Lunchly's salsa texture:

"I think that they are pretty much the same thing and I do think the salsa in the Lunchables is better than the salsa here, even though the salsa here has a better texture and a better consistency."

Asmongold concluded that if the competition was about how the food was presented, Lunchly would win. He also stated that Lunchables appears to have more of a processed food vibe:

"So basically, Lunchly could absolutely win over in terms of the way the presentation of the food is, right? It has more natural colors and flavors. Whereas Lunchables looks more like kind of your pre-bought processed food vibe."

As mentioned, since Logan Paul, KSI, and MrBeast announced Lunchly, comparisons with Lunchables have been the go-to for both critics and supporters of the new brand. Considering the similarity between both offerings, the comparison is understandable.
