On November 1, 2024, MrBeast announced that a three-month third-party investigation into his company had been completed. The investigation's aim was to address the various allegations that were brought up against the YouTuber and his associates in the wake of the Ava Kris Tyson grooming scandal.

At the time, MrBeast addressed the Ava Kris Tyson allegations and promised that there would be an internal investigation after facing massive baclash online.

However, the online community is still divided after the investigation found no evidence of misconduct, absolving the company and its leadership of wrongdoing.

After MrBeast shared the document of the internal investigation on X, many criticized the content creator for not adequately addressing the problems.

YouTuber and livestreamer @AugieRFC called the situation "horrible" in a post on X.

"What the fuck is this statement? This is horrible, and explains almost nothing. What about the hired registered child rapist? What about Chris Tyson allegedly sexually abusing Jess? Also there is no way 4.5M documents could possibly be humanly reviewed by a team in 3 months, that’s impossible," asked @AugieRFC.

Others cast aspersions at the validity of the internal investigation, insinuating that the investigators were biased because they were hired by the content creator himself.

"The investigators he hired to investigate his own company determined he's innocent?", wrote @danvasc2.

Another X user sarcastically made the same insinuation.

"No way. The guys you paid found you innocent," said @Stromens.

According to many others, the claim that the internal investigation looked through 4.5 million documents in just three months is dubious.

"'4.5 million documents were processed and reviewed' - I dont even know how that’s humanly possible hahah," claimed @McJuggerNuggets.

A large number of fans expected more from the YouTube star and expressed their dissapointment at the findings of the internal investigation.

"This isn’t enough, you can’t just “nuh-uh” your way out of everything that happened this year. i was expecting a video with all the allegations debunked with PROOF. come on jimmy," wrote @KFP_Fanboy.

Rosanna Pansino and DogPack404 criticize MrBeast over findings of the internal investigation into misconduct at his company

As mentioned, the internal investigation into MrBeast's company has been a long-time coming, considering the YouTuber promised it months ago. Two major findings of the investigation have essentially absolved the company and its employees of the grooming and pedophilia allegations without exactly elaborating on them.

While the report mentioned that major changes have been made in the organization, with some firings and the change in leadership positions (new CEO, CFO, etc), the investigation has not satisfied a lot of the community. This includes MrBeast's biggest detractors, Rosanna Pansino and DogPack404, who have been at the forefront of the online criticism against the content creator.

DogPack404, who happens to be a former MrBeast employee, has made several allegations against the YouTuber. He accused the content creator of using scammy tactics and intentionally covering up the fact that he hired known criminals.

After the findings of the internal investigation were shared by MrBeast, DogPack404 openly challenged them in a post on X and raised doubts about the length of the document that was shared online.

DogPack404 also demanded more clarification about the actions mentioned in the report.

"A 3-month investigation is only 2 pages? Care to elaborate on how you didn't know you hired an RSO? Care to elaborate on the "Several isolated instances of workplace harassment and misconduct"?"

In a post on X, Rosanna Pansino, who is known for calling out MrBeast on numerous occasions in the last year, openly insinuated that the content creator was lying.

"If your lips are movin', then you're lyin', lyin', lyin," wrote Rosanna Pansino on X.

In a subsequent post, she noted how MrBeast's company will have a new CEO and added that there needs to be a bigger investigation, considering some people were fired from the organization when he was in charge.

"If your own paid for "internal investigation" leads to a new CEO and finds "workplace harassment and misconduct", as well as multiple firings... I think it might be time for a bigger investigation." claimed Rosanna Pansino.

In related news, Rosanna Pansino and DogPack404 recently released a video where they claimed to have seen the chat logs of a work group associated with MrBeast's company. They alleged that questionable content had been shared members of the group. Pansino has even reported the chat logs to the FBI.
