"This is going to end up bad" - Fans left concerned at FaZe Clan members attempting to stay in "White Room" for over 100 hours

FaZe Clan is hosting a month-long subathon in September 2024 as part of their organization reboot. This 30-day streaming marathon (subathon), revealed through a trailer in late August, involves around-the-clock streams featuring various FaZe members. The event comes at a crucial point for the group, following a significant internal restructuring that included layoffs and the departure of content creators.

As of this writing, the broadcast has been live for over two weeks, and now the creators have started another segment as part of the event. During the segment, FaZe members Jason "Jasontheween", Rani "Stable Ronaldo", Max "Plaqueboymax", Alex "Adapt", Jerry "Silky" and Nick "Lacy", occupy a single room painted in white.

However, there is a catch. While in the room, the streamers have to earn benefits using subscriptions.

As the video showcases, Adapt explains how the benefit system works in the White Room. According to the streamer, if participants want to do something as basic as drink water, they would have to use 250 subscriptions. As their subscriber counts grew, more perks were made available. For example, 2000 subscriptions would allow a participant to have a full meal.

Fans on X reacted to the event and had a lot to say, considering what FaZe's chaotic past.

User @nyblee wasn't confident that the event would run smoothly:

Another user, @easymoneycam1 claimed that the clan would lose their minds under such circumstances:

"Whole FaZe crew [is about to] go absolutely insane 😭😭😭".

Some, like @spidasworld and @royal_bobby24, spoke about the subscription-points system and pointed out that the streamers essentially had to depend on their subscribers to survive:

"Having to gain points to survive 😭."

"Ain’t this begging though 😭 These MFs starving?"

Others, like @Dsa4teen speculated about who would be eliminated first:

"Lacy or Silky getting out first."

In addition to the benefits system, an elimination method involving a spinning wheel was also implemented during the event. The wheel had three options, a pass for participants to use their phones for a few minutes, the ability to take a shower, and finally, elimination from the event altogether.

Lacy spun the wheel first and was eliminated. After him, Jason took an impulsive chance at the wheel as well. Luckily, he landed on 'Minutes on the phone', narrowly missing elimination.

Feeling bad for Lacy who went out first, Silky went next. Unfortunately, the streamer landed on the elimination slice and had to pack up. As things died down a bit, Adapt, out of boredom, unintentionally spun the wheel and was eliminated.

This left Jasontheween, Stable Ronaldo, and Plaqueboymax as the remaining participants in the White Room event.
