YouTube streamer Rachell "Valkyrae" reacted to fellow YouTube creator Olajide "KSI" jokingly stating that the former was "glazing" him after she complimented the Sidemen member's behavior during a shoot together. The pair had been present at a shoot recently for an upcoming Jimmy "MrBeast" video, involving many other notable content creators.
Rachell had made some positive comments regarding KSI's behavior during the shoot, specifically praising him for introducing himself individually to all the creators present at the shoot. She stated that his doing so was a "nice quality to have".
After KSI's tongue-in-cheek response to her praise, she reverted to him in a recent live stream, stating:
"This motherf**ker said that I'm glazing. I give, I give one compliment! I give one compliment about how, like, 'oh! It's a nice human quality to go into a room and say hello to people.'"

On June 1, 2024, Valkyae announced that she would be taking a maximum of five days away from streaming to be able to shoot for an upcoming challenge video by Mr Beast, featuring many other big streamers and YouTubers.
Soon after, the video was officially announced by Jimmy himself on June 6, 2024. He revealed that all the big stars of the online content creation community, including Darren "IShowSpeed," Kai Cenat, Olajide "KSI," Ludwig Ahgren, and Imane "Pokimane" would be present in the video. Valkyrae also talked about her experience during the video's production, stating that it would turn out to be the "best video ever."
Talking further about KSI's response to her commendation, she stated:
"I know you guys said he was joking, he better be! Okay, he is joking."
Within the video, KSI can be heard claiming that some netizens would possibly send the video of him joking around to Valkyrae "out of context." And that's exactly what happened. She hilariously said:
"Wait, they did! Oh my god, you guys did!"
Although things were amicable between Valkyrae and KSI, the same cannot be said for Ludwig and the Sidemen star. Both have since criticized the other for how they behaved with each other during the shoot. While KSI stated that Ludwig was being "annoying" and "getting under his skin," the American content creator clapped back by calling KSI a "son of a b**ch."
