Red pill proponent Andrew Tate gave a scathing speech against Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) law enforcement agency after a court hearing that placed him under house arrest. Meanwhile, his brother, Tristan Tate has been put under "judicial control."

New allegations have emerged against Andrew Tate, including inappropriate relations with a minor, as well as the trafficking of an underage individual. Talking to the press following his exit from the court hearing, he made furious remarks regarding the entire investigation, calling it a "setup" and "done on purpose." Andrew Tate said:

"This is a setup. It is done on purpose, and it is designed to come up with the most heinous possible crimes to slander our name."

Andrew Tate slams DIICOT prosecutors after being placed under house arrest following court hearing

This is not the first time Andrew Tate has been put under house arrest. The Rumble content creator and influencer has been tussling with legal troubles since he was removed from the British reality TV show Big Brother in 2016 over allegations of rape. After being arrested in 2022 and being in police custody until April 2023, he was eventually placed under house arrest until August 2023.

In his statement on August 22, 2024, Andrew Tate criticized DIICOT and said allegations had been made that the mothers of the two brothers' children were "human trafficked":

"Like the few fools at DIICOT, who just came along and told us that the mothers of our children are somehow human trafficked. I've been nice. I've been patient. I played the game. I've respected the judiciary. I've gone to every appointment on time, but they've busted my house again!"

Andrew Tate also addressed allegations made against him for being involved in the human trafficking of over 35 victims, including a minor. He claimed that 30 of these individuals had made statements in defense of the the brothers:

"You know, all 30 of those girls, 30 of them, have statements in our defense? 30! Saying we've done absolutely nothing wrong. Two more are the mothers of our children, and two more have never even been to Romania. They've never even been here!"

Apart from accusations of human trafficking, other allegations that have enveloped Andrew Tate and his brother include rape, organized crime, and money laundering.
