Twitch streamer Perrikaryal has managed to beat the Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree's final boss using her custom-made "mind control" device. The content creator utilizes a modified EEG to play video games hands-free by training software to input in-game commands using her thoughts. She has been playing the Elden Ring DLC since it came out in June 2024.

In a post on X dated July 28, Perrikaryal announced that she had finally managed to beat the final boss of Shadow of the Erdtree, Promised Consort Radahn using what she calls "mind control."

Fans and gaming enthusiasts were naturally very impressed with the feat, considering how hard the fight is supposed to be. Some even called the Twitch streamer a "god gamer."

Here are some of the general reactions to Perrikaryal's news:

"Truly a god gamer, congratulations," wrote X user @BlaqExcellence1.
"Wow, it's impressive every time," said @Darewwwww.
"Insane! This is freaking amazing," chimed in @NintenHawk.

Clearly, many netizens were in awe of Perrikaryal for achieving this feat, with some asking if the Twitch streamer needs to meditate to help concentrate before playing with the 'mind control' device.

"Did you need to have some meditation to do it? my mind dont have control about myself playing theses games, imagine be capable to made inputs by mind kkkkkkkkk," asked @DougFe.

It took Twitch streamer Perrikaryal over 20 hours to beat Elden Ring DLC's final boss Promised Consort Radahn

Perrikaryal shared the clip of her finally defeating Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree's final boss on X and noted in the caption that it took almost a day and over 300 attempts to beat the DLC's last challenge.

In the caption, the Twitch streamer wrote:

"WE DID IT I beat the Elden Ring DLC - Shadow of the Erdtree - with MIND CONTROL Radahn took me ≈ 20 hours and 314 attempts but he still wasn't the hardest boss in the game for mind control.

Perrikaryal also noted that Promised Consort Radahn was not the hardest boss she had fought in Elden Ring, saying:

"A 3m gap wins the hardest boss at 421 attempts lol."

In a subsequent post, the Twitch streamer explained that while Shadow of the Erdtree's bosses were quite hard, the base game fight with Renalla Queen of the Full Moon was the hardest. She said:

"Promised consort radahn was pretty tough. Messmer and Malenia too. But still Rennala from the base game. If there's too much going on and no time to breath or focus its SO TRICKY."

The Twitch streamer also uses the EEG device to play other games on her stream. Earlier in 2024, she showed off her skills using the mind control device to play Palworld.
