Twitch has served an indefinite ban to Bruce "BruceDropEmOff" for his recent controversial actions on his alternate account on the platform. For those unaware, streamers frequently use secondary accounts on the Amazon-owned website to broadcast content they do not want on their main channel.
However, due to Twitch's ban evasion policy, getting suspended on either means the content creator cannot stream on the platform until the penalty period expires. Now that his alternate account has been taken down from the website, just a month after he made his official return from rival platform Kick, he will not be able to go live on his main channel either.
Why was BruceDropEmOff's alternate Twitch account banned? Possible reasons explored
In the days leading up to the ban, BruceDropEmOff had been feuding with fellow streamer Felix "xQc". The two had been going off at each other since the former criticized Kick.
xQc, who has a contract with Kick, was not happy with the comments made by the Twitch streamer and called him out on several occasions, even flexing his expensive watch at him on one occasion.
Since then, BruceDropEmOff has been going off at xQc in his streams on the alternate channel. While it has not been confirmed, the online community speculates that some of his comments had violated Twitch's community guidelines.
Note: Content with profanities and threats. Viewers' discretion is advised.
Many have highlighted a clip of BruceDropEmOff, in which he used crass language to refer to one of xQc's fans. The streamer can be heard threatening an audience member using various cuss words:
"This is sh*t is not even a thing, I don't even think he(xQc) speaks real English you f*cking re*ard. I am going to buy you an encyclopedia for Christmas and bang it against your head until you go f*cking numb ni**a!
"What are you talking about, what are you saying? Are you f*cking re*arded, you want some attention bi**h? You a failed abortion. Now I am on your a**, now I know your middle name is D'Anthony you black a** ni**a! Shut the f*ck up c**mboy. We can meet up and both die, bomb strapped to my chest bi**h a** boy."
As it stands, BruceDropEmOff cannot stream on Twitch because his alternate account is banned. The streamer has yet to address the ban directly, and viewers are currently wondering whether he will go back to streaming on Kick.
