Kick and YouTube streamer Destiny is once again in the news after his son, Nathan, was served an indefinite ban from Twitch because he appeared to threaten his father with a toy gun on stream. The news of the ban has spread across social media after Destiny's fans shared it on Reddit and X.
A screenshot of the alleged email sent by Twitch to Nathan explaining the ban was shared on the official Destiny subreddit. The Amazon-owned streaming platform seemingly alleges that the kid used 'threatening' language on his broadcast titled "Chill Stream | Destiny Execution Soon." An indefinite ban has been imposed on his account for breaking community guidelines due to "Serious Violent Threats."
A relevant part of the email notes that Nathan has perpetrated a "severe" TOS violation, in light of which his channel has been indefinitely suspended. It says:
"Based on a review of your activity or content, we have used a global suspension on your account. Due to the severe nature of this violation, or the fact that you've incurred multiple violations, your access to Twitch serves is indefinitely restricted."
Under the section "Suspension Length," the email makes it clear that his Twitch channel will only be restored in case of a successful appeal, therefore signaling a permanent ban.
What did Nathan say about Destiny to get indefinitely banned from Twitch?
While the original clip, along with Nathan's entire Twitch channel, has been wiped from the platform, secondary videos of the incident that got him banned still remain on the internet.
In the clip, Nathan can be heard cocking what appears to be an airsoft gun and saying:
"Destiny is so cooked."
After this, Nathan leaves his streaming setup to go into another room off-camera and presumably shoots his father Destiny with the toy gun. The latter could be heard shouting in pain soon afterward.
Readers should note that Nathan may have said some much more serious things elsewhere in the VOD, which may have tipped the scales against him, considering Twitch has handed him an indefinite ban.
